Abstract: Objective :To analyze the clinical characteristics and treatment of primary lymphomaof the bone. Methods :Twelve cases of histologically confirmed primary lymphoma of bone in AnhuiProvincial Hospital affiliated to Anhui Medical University were retrospectively analyzed. Five caseswere treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy, 3 cases were treated with chemotherapy alone, 2 cas-es underwent surgery, 1 received radiotherapy alone, and 1 received no therapy. Results :Eight patientssurvived more than 1 year, 7 survived more than 2 years and 3 survived more than 5 years. The 1-and 5-year survival rates were 75% and 25%, respectively. Conclusion :Primary lymphoma of bone is arare disease, and the diagnosis must depend on histopathological examination. Radiotherapy andchemotherapy are the main treatments for this tumor.
