黄芪多糖研究现状与进展

Research Status and Development of Astragalus Polysaccharide

  • 摘要: 大量的临床前实验表明,黄芪多糖具有调节机体免疫力、提高荷瘤小鼠T、B淋巴细胞的增殖反应,促进脾细胞产生IL-2并恢复至正常水平,从而提高细胞免疫功能,达到抗肿瘤的作用。本文简要介绍黄芪多糖体内外实验及临床研究结果,旨在为黄芪多糖的临床研究提供应用前景。

     

    Abstract: Abstract Comprehensive sources of information on pre-clinical research trials indicated that Astragalus Polysaccharide can improve human immune function, stimulate the proliferation of T and Blymphocytes in tumor-bearing mice, and make the levels of IL-2 generated by spleen cells return tonormal. Astragalus Polysaccharide showed a significant positive correlation with cellular immune functions and anti-tumor functions. The purpose of this article is to briefly review the in vivo and invitro Astragalus Polysaccharide experimental data in conjunction with results from clinical research tooffer a prospective application for clinical research of Astragalus Polysaccharide.
