Abstract: Objective :To investigate analgesic effect and adverse effect of buprenorphine hydrochloride sublingual tablets in treatment of cancer pain. Methods :A multicentric open label clinical study was used and 120 patient with cancer pain were enrolled.they were treated with buprenorphine hydrochloride sublingual tablets.During the study,the analgesic effect,quality of life and adverse effect were observed. Results :The analgesic effect of Buprenorphine Hydrochloride was definite.The adverse effect of Buprenorphine Hydrochloride was similar as other opiods. Conclusion :Buprenorphine Hydrochloride Sublingual Tablets is effective in relieving pain of the cancer patients.
