Abstract:
Objective :To explore the diagnosis and target therapy effect of the serum VEGF、EGFR and PDGF in patients with lung cancer.
Methods :The sandwich enzyme-linked immunoabsorbent assay(ELISA)was used to detect serum VEGF 、EGFR and PDGF in patients with lung cancer and 40 normal healthy controls.
Results :Compared with healthy control group, the level of serum VEGF 、EGFR and PDGF in lung cancer group were much higher(P<0.001).The serum VEGF 、PDGF and EGFR level were correlated with TNM stage in NSCLC.There were no relationship between the serum VEGF、EGFR、PDGF level and lung cancer pathological style(P<0.05).The serum VEGF level was positively correlated with EGFR and PDGF.
Conclusion :The combined detection of the serum VEGF、PDGF and EGFR have very important directive significance in estimating lung cancer diagnosis and target therapy.
