Abstract: New methods for the diagnosis and treatment of skeletal and soft tissue tumors areneeded urgently. Although rapid development and great progress in medical science have been made inrecent years, there are still some limitations in this area. With the development of nuclear medicine, theclinical application of radionuclide tracing techniques in the diagnosis and treatment of skeletal andsoft tissue tumor is bringing hope to patients. The purpose of this paper is to introduce the developmentand application of radionuclide techniques in diagnosing and treating skeletal and soft tissue tumors.
