力尔凡联合FOLFOX方案治疗63例晚期胃癌的近期临床观察

The Effect of LIFEIN Combined with FOLFOX on Patients with Advanced Gastric Cancer

  • 摘要: 目的:观察力尔凡联合FOLFOX方案治疗晚期胃癌的近期疗效情况及不良反应。方法:63例晚期胃癌患者随机分为试验组(力尔凡+FOLFOX方案)和对照组(FOLFOX方案)。对照组采用FOLFOX方案,试验组在对照组的基础上,化疗前3天开始给予力尔凡10mg/日,肌肉注射,化疗时力尔凡10mg/日,静脉滴注,连用两个疗程。结果:试验组CR2例,PR16例,有效率为56.3%;对照组PR13例,有效率为41.9%,两组间有效率有显著性差异(P<0.05〉。试验组血象在治疗前后无明显变化(P>0.05);而对照组治疗后血象下降较治疗前下降明显(P<0.05);两组治疗后血象变化具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应的发生率较对照组低,两组间有显著性差异(P<0.05〉。结论:力尔凡能有效地增强奥沙利铂和5-氟尿嘧啶的化疗效果,稳定血象,促进骨髓造血功能的恢复,并减少毒副反应的发生。

     

    Abstract: Objective: To observe the effect of LIFEIN combined with FOLFOX on patients with advanced gastric cancer. Methods: A total of 63 cases of advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into two groups. FOLFOX chemoradiotherapy combined with LIFEIN (10mg/d i.m. for 3 days and then i.v. for 2 cycles) was administered to the observation group (n=32). And the control group (n=31)received only chemoradiotherapy. Results: The effective rate was 56.3% in the observation group, and 41.9% in the control group, with a significant difference (P<0.05). In the observation group, no significant difference was found in the blood cell count between the blood test results before and after treatment (P>0.05). But in the control group, the patients' blood cell count decreased after treatment. The rate of side effects was lower in the observation group (P<0.05). Conclusion: With fewer side effects,LIFEIN can effectively improve the effect of Oxaliplatin and Fluorouracil on advanced gastric cancer.
