Abstract:
In the past 30 years, the scope of breast cancer surgery has been narrowed and the mortality rate has gradually reduced. Under the background of multidisciplinary cooperation, surgical treatment of breast cancer has gradually evolved into the simplest to the best, and many milestones' progresses has been made. Among them, breast cancer surgery includes two major parts: surgical options of the breast and administration of the regional lymph nodes.This review summarizes the current situation and new trends of surgical treatment for breast cancer both nationally and internationally.
