乳酸化调控肿瘤发生发展的研究现状

Current research status of lactylation in regulating tumor occurrence and development

  • 摘要: 乳酸化是一种新颖的依赖乳酸的蛋白质翻译后修饰方式,其可以通过将乳酰基与蛋白质赖氨酸残基共价耦联,改变蛋白质结构和功能,调控基因表达,从而参与细胞代谢和生长过程。近期研究发现肿瘤组织中的乳酸化能够通过调控细胞内信号转导、基因表达和蛋白功能,进而影响肿瘤发生发展。本文综述乳酸化的发现过程及其在肿瘤中的研究进展,旨在为肿瘤的预防和治疗提供新思路。

     

    Abstract: Lactylation is a novel lactate-dependent post-translational modification that can alter the structure and function of proteins by covalently coupling lactoyl groups to lysine residues. Therefore, gene expression is regulated and lactylation participates in cellular metabolic and growth processes. Recent studies have shown that lactylation in tumor tissues can affect tumor occurrence and development by regulating intracellular signal transduction, gene expression, and protein function. This review summarizes the discovery process of lactylation and recent research progress in tumors, providing novel insights into their prevention and treatment.
