Application and practice of indocyanine green-guided laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer

  • 摘要: 吲哚菁绿(indocyanine green,ICG)近红外光成像技术在腔镜胃癌根治术中具有重要研究价值,在国内外引起广泛关注和研究。然而,目前临床实践中关于ICG近红外光成像技术在腔镜胃癌根治术中的应用仍处于探索阶段,尚缺乏统一标准。本文介绍了ICG荧光成像的机制以及ICG在腹腔镜胃癌根治术中的适应证和禁忌证,详细阐述了ICG分子荧光影像技术在腹腔镜胃癌根治术的应用方法、流程以及临床应用,将应用实践进行总结归纳,希望有助于ICG引导的腹腔镜胃癌根治术的推广与进一步的规范化。

     

    Abstract: Indocyanine green (ICG) near-infrared imaging technology has significant research value in laparoscopic radical gastrectomy and has garnered widespread attention and research both domestically and internationally. However, the application of ICG near-infrared imaging technology in laparoscopic radical gastrectomy is still in the exploratory stage in current clinical practice, with no unified standards established as yet. This review introduces the mechanism of ICG fluorescence imaging and discusses the indications and contraindications of ICG use in laparoscopic radical gastrectomy. The application methods and procedures of ICG molecular fluorescence imaging technology in laparoscopic radical gastrectomy and its clinical applications are elaborated upon. Finally, the practical applications of ICG-guided laparoscopic radical gastrectomy is summarized and generalized to help facilitate its promotion and further standardization.
