Abstract:
Objective:To solve the anti-reflux problem of lower esophageal surgery for esophageal cancer and to ana -lyze the effect of unequal adhesive stoma bag cover by reconstruction. Methods:The 256 cases of esophageal cancer in the experimantal group (A group) were treated with self-adhesive bag cover unequal anti-reflux anastomosis. The 240 cas -es of esophageal cancer in the control group (B group) did not receive anti-reflux embeding management. The antireflux ef-fect was compared between the two groups. Results: Unequal adhesive cover package embedding anastomosis rebuilt the small stomach fundus. Esophagogastrostomy with intrathoracic anastomosis prevented reflux better than than a simple match anastomosis. Ridit analysis showed that the anti-reflux effect was significantly different between the two groups (P<0.01). Conclusions: Self-adhesive bag cover unequal embedding anastomosis can rebuild a small gastric fundus. Intratho -racic esophagogastric anastomosis is effective for preventing gastroesophageal reflux after surgery for esophageal cancer.
