胸部恶性肿瘤患者类白血病反应的临床疗效分析

      目的  分析胸部恶性肿瘤患者出现类白血病反应的临床治疗效果。
      方法  对本科收治的17例术前检查发现类白血病反应的胸部恶性肿瘤患者的临床疗效进行观察和随访。
      结果  17例患者中，手术12例，术后发生严重并发症死亡1例；其中9例患者术后经正规放、化疗，2例患者术后未行放化疗，手术组随访9例，4~15个月均死亡，失访2例；放化疗4例，随访3~11个月均死亡；未进行手术及放化疗治疗自动出院1例，出院后服中药治疗，出院后3个月死亡。
      结论  胸部恶性肿瘤患者术前检查发现类白血病反应，手术及积极的放化疗可能有助于改善预后。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective  To analyze the prognosis of thoracic tumor patients with leukemoid reaction.
      Methods  Seventeen thoracic tumor cases with leukemoid reaction were perioperatively observed.
      Results  Of the 17 patients, 12 underwent surgery. Of the 12 patients treated with surgery, one died of serious complications, 9 received chemotherapy and radiotherapy, and two did not receive the aforementioned treatments. Nine patients died 4 months to 15 months after surgery, and the other two cases were not followed up. Four patients who received chemotherapy and radiotherapy without surgery died after 3 months to 11 months. One patient left the hospital without the doctor's permission and sought treatment from Chinese medicine but died after three months.
      Conclusion  The prognosis of thoracic tumor patients with leukemoid reaction is bad. However, surgery, chemotherapy, and radiotherapy may help improve the prognosis.
