Abstract: Gastric cancer is a malignant cancer with high morbidity and mortality in China. The main aim for advanced gastric cancer is improvement of life quality and overall survival. Chemotherapy is the backbone for advanced gastric cancer's treatment. There are some new evidences in the recent years. We review the chemotherapy options for advanced gastric cancer.
