合并高脂血症的胃癌患者PGE 2 VEGF 表达水平和临床病理特征的相关研究

Association of serum PGE-2 and VEGF levels and the expression of VEGF in gastric cancer tissue and clinicopathological features of gastric carcinoma patients with hyperlipidemia

  • 摘要: 目的:比较合并高脂血症的胃癌患者与未合并高脂血症患者的血清前列腺素E 2(ptodyshlsnfin E2,PGE 2)、血清血管内皮生长因子(voscular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)水平、胃癌组织VEGF表达水平和肿瘤临床病理特征的差异,探讨高脂血症对胃癌进展的影响。方法:将全部天津医科大学总医院2014年3 月至2014年12月102 例胃癌患者分为两组,合并高脂血症患者组49例,不合并高脂血症患者组53例。应用酶联免疫吸附测定法及免疫组织化学法测定102 例胃癌患者血清PGE 2、VEGF的浓度及肿瘤组织中VEGF的表达水平。结果:与不合并高脂血症的患者相比,合并高脂血症的胃癌患者,其血清PGE 2、VEGF浓度以及胃癌组织中VEGF的表达水平均有明显升高(P < 0.05);且胃癌组织分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移枚数、TNM 分期差异均具有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论:合并高脂血症的胃癌患者可能通过上调PGE 2 和VEGF的表达促进胃癌的进展。

     

    Abstract: Objective:This study aims to compare the difference in the expression levels of prostaglandin E2 (PGE 2), vascular endotheli-al growth factor (VEGF), and the clinicopathological features among gastric carcinoma patients with and without hyperlipidemia and to assess whether hyperlipidemia promotes gastric carcinoma progression. Methods:We analyzed the PGE2 and VEGF serum levels and the VEGF expression in gastric carcinoma tissues in 102 gastric carcinoma patients. The PGE 2 and VEGF serum levels were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, and the VEGF expression in gastric carcinoma tissues was detected by SABC immunohistochemi-cal staining. Results: Among the 102 gastric carcinoma patients,49patients had hyperlipidemia, and 53did not have the condition. The PGE2 and VEGF expressions in the serum and the VEGF expression in gastric carcinoma tissues were higher in hyperlipidemic pa-tients than in those without hyperlipidemia (P < 0. 05). The degrees of differentiation, depths of invasion, lymph node metastasis, and TNM staging in the two groups also showed statistical differences (P<0. 05). Conclusion: Hyperlipidemia possibly contributes to the pro -gression of gastric carcinoma by upregulating the PGE 2 and VEGF expressions.
