Abstract: Objective : To investigate the clinical features of primary adrenal non -Hodgkin s lyphoma(PAL). Methods : 3 cases of PAL misdiagnosed were retrospectively reviewed from 1996~2002 ,including clinical situation,laboratory examination and management. Results : All 3 PAL cases final diagnosis was made by pathology after surgical explored. One case was died after voluntary diacharged ,other two cases were taken a turn for the better treated by combinated chemotherapy or chemotherapy unite radiotherapy. Conclusions : The primary management in the treatment of PAL was combinated chemotherapy. Surgical operative can be avoid if the diagnosis was made preoperative.
