Abstract:
Objective : To report Clinical Investigation of Gastri Mucosa Valvuloplasty to prevent gastroesophageal reflux after esophagogastrostomy.
Method : Fifty patients with carcinoma of esophagus or cardia were operated in our department. Esophagogastrostomy was performed with stapling instrument after lower esophagus and cardia of stomach of each were resected. Gastric mucosa valvuloplasty was then made.
Reaults : Reflux complains had not appeared in all patients. This method has obvious antireflux effection by Barium meal examination and radionuclide examination. Mucosal congestion 、edema、erosion and ulcer of esophagogastric anastomosis stoma are mild by fibergastroscope examination.
Conclusion : Gastri mucosa valvuloplasty may be a effective antireflux method after esophagogastrostomy
