Abstract:
Objective : The therapeutic efficacy and adverse effects of combined chemotherapy consisting of fluorouracil lipid injection for metastatic gastric carcinoma were evaluated in our study.
Methods : A total of 148 cases of m etastatic gastric carcinoma were treated with HDLF chemotherapy regimen consisting of fluorouracil lipid injection. The cycle was repeated every 4 weeks, and 4 cycles were given as one course.
Results : The overall response rate was 60.4% . The main adverse effects w ere bone m arrow suppression and gastrointestinal reaction.After chemotherapy, CD3+ and CD4+ cells and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ in the group of 139-3 w ere higher than the group of 5-FU , while CD8+ cells w ere lo w er than 5 - F U samples.
Conclusion : The combined chemotherapy regimen consisting of fluorouracil lipid injection is beneficial for metastatic gastric carcinoma. And also stimulate the immunity function of the patients.
