Abstract:
Objective : To detect related oncoproteins expression in cervical intraepithelium neoplasa (CIN)and invasive squamous carcinoma, and to study the progression of cervical squamous carcinoma.
Methods : Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect related oncoproteins expression in 20 cases of normal cervical tissue, 43 CINs and 38 invasive cervical squmous carcinoma.
Results : In CINH, the expression of ER 、PR was low or loss, the positive rate of PCNA、p53、p21 was significantly higher, the percentage that 2; 3 or 4 types of PCNA 、 p53、 p21 and ER/PR expressed abnormally was significantly higher than that in CIN I 、II. The positive rate of nm23、c-myc and E-Cadherin was significantly lower in invasive cervical squmous carcinoma which the positive rate of VEGF was higher than that in CINs.
Conclussions : Related oncoproteins abnormal expression are important during cervical epithium malignant transformation and the tumor progression. It may be useful to estimate its malignant transformation possibility to detect PCNA 、pM3、p21 and ER/PR expression in cervical dysplasia epithelium.
