Abstract:
Objective : To analyze the treatment of primary orbital Lymphoma.
Methods : All had non-Hodgkin、lymphoma (NHL) and received radiotherapy. A total dose of 30~58Gy (median 50Gyj,3 ~6 weeks was delivered.
Results : The 1, 2 and 5-year Local control rates were 96.7%, 93.3% and 90.0%, respectively. The overall 3, 5 and 10-year survival rates were 100%, 93.3% and 76.7%,respectively.
Conclusions : Excellent local control and long term survival can be achieved by radiation.34~45Gy appears to be a sufficient dose. The late complications were cataract and lacrimal dysfunction.Chemotherapy should be given to those patients with poor differentiation or systematic spread.
