30例原发于眼眶恶性淋巴瘤的放疗疗效

Analysis on Curative Effect of Radiotherapy for 30 Patients with Primary Orbital Neoplasm

摘要: 目的:分析原发于眼眶恶性淋巴瘤的放射治疗方法。方法:30例原发于眼眶恶性淋巴瘤均为非霍奇金淋巴瘤。Ann-Arbor分期:Ⅰa期21例,Ⅱa期9例。放射治疗剂量30～58Gy,3～6周。结果:1、3、5年局部控制率分别为96.7%、93.3%和90.0%。随诊3、5、10年生存率分别为100%、93.30%和76.7%,5例疾病进展。结论:局部放射治疗是原发于眼眶恶性淋巴瘤有效的治疗方法,放射治疗剂量为34～45Gy,3.5～4.5周;低度恶性放射剂量为30～35Gy,不需行淋巴引流区预防照射。对恶性程度高及有外侵犯者应辅加化疗。

Abstract: Objective : To analyze the treatment of primary orbital Lymphoma. Methods : All had non-Hodgkin、lymphoma (NHL) and received radiotherapy. A total dose of 30~58Gy (median 50Gyj,3 ~6 weeks was delivered. Results : The 1, 2 and 5-year Local control rates were 96.7%, 93.3% and 90.0%, respectively. The overall 3, 5 and 10-year survival rates were 100%, 93.3% and 76.7%,respectively. Conclusions : Excellent local control and long term survival can be achieved by radiation.34~45Gy appears to be a sufficient dose. The late complications were cataract and lacrimal dysfunction.Chemotherapy should be given to those patients with poor differentiation or systematic spread.
