Abstract:
Objective : To assess the relationship between the Maspin, BCSG1 and c-erbB-2 expression and the prognosis in breast cancer.
Methods :The expression of ER, PR, Maspin, BCSG1, cerbB-2 were determined with the SP immunohist chemical method in 137 cases with invasive breast cancer followed up over 5 years. Cox model was used to analyze the effect of Maspin, BCSG1 and cerbB -2 expression and the clinopathological manifestations and prognosis in breast cancer.
Results :The expression rate of Maspin, BCSG1 and was 48.9%,67.2% and 27.7%,respectively, which were in relation with the survivals (P<0.01).
Conclusions :The expression of BCSG1, cerbB-2and Maspin is closely related to the survival rate and can be used as the predictor of prognosis.
