PCNA、EGFR、TGFβRⅠ和TG FβRⅡ在胃癌组织中表达的临床意义

The Expression of PCNA EGFR TGFβR Ⅰ and TGFβR Ⅱ in Human Gastric Carcinoma and its Clinical Significance

  • 摘要: 目的: 通过检测胃癌和癌旁组织中的增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)、表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)、转化生长因子βⅠ型和Ⅱ型受体(TGFβR Ⅰ和TGFβRⅡ),探讨表达的临床意义. 方法: 采用免疫组织化学SP法检测38例手术切除的胃癌实质组织和癌远侧切端正常胃组织中PCNA、EGFR、TGFβRⅠ和TGFβRⅡ的表达.分析采用t检验、x2检验和精确概率法. 结果: 胃癌组织与癌旁正常组织比较,PCNA标记指数和EGFR阳性率升高,TGFβR Ⅰ和TGFβRⅡ的阳性率降低,差异有显著性(P<0.05);经统计学处理,有浆膜外侵者PCNA的标记指数高于无浆膜外侵者,有淋巴结转移者高于无淋巴结转移者,差异有显著性(P<0.05);EGFR的表达升高,TGFβR Ⅰ和TGFβRⅡ的表达降低,但统计学处理差异没有显著性(P>0.05). 结论: PCNA、EGFR的高表达和TGFβR Ⅰ、TGFβRⅡ的低表达可能与胃癌的发生及其恶性进展有关.

     

    Abstract: Objective :To study the expression of proliferation cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) epidermal growth factor eptor (EGFR) transforming growth factor beta receptor type I and type II (TGFβR I TGF3R II)in human gastric carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods : The expression of PCNA, EGFR, TGFβR I and TGFβR II in 38 gastric carcinomas was examined by immunohistochemical method. Results :The PCNA and EGFR were significantly higher and TGFβR I and TGFβRII were significantly lower in gastric carcinomas compared to normal gastric mucosa and paraneoplastic tissues (P<0.05); The expression of PCNA was related infiltration and metastasis to ymph nodes (P<0.05); The expression of EGFR was high and the expression of TGFβR I and of TGFβR II were low in the gastric carcinoma with large, poor differentiation, infiltration and metastasis to lymph nodes (P>0.05). Conclusions :The high expression of PCNA and EGFR and the low expression of TGFβR I and TGFβR II are related to gastric carcinogenesis and they may be useful to assess the biological behavior of Gastric Carcinoma.
