Abstract:
Objective :To observe the clinical effect on treatment of immunoglobulin (Ivlg) for thrombocytopenia after chemotherapy.
Methods : The patients with post-chemotherapeutic thrombocytopenia were divided into three groups: the patients in group one received intravenous Ivlg with G-CSF, those in group two and group three received G-CSF and IvIg alone, respectively.
Results : After 3 and 7 day's adminstration for treatment of the post-chemotherapeutic thrombocytopenia in the group with IvIg plus G-CSF and the group with IvIg alone, there was significant difference in the increase value of platlet, compared to that before adminstration (P<0.05 and P<0.01). After 3 and 7 day's treatment for post-chemotherapeutic thrombocytopenia, the increment of platlet for over 30 x10
9/L occurred in 70.00% and 80.00% patients respectively in the group with IvIg and G-CSF, compared to the group with IvIg alone (P<0.01). The increment of platlet for over 30x10
9/L occurred in 55.56% patients in the group with IvIg alone, after 3 and 7 day's treatment, compared to the group with G-CSF alone (P<0.01).
Conclusions : The IvIg can improve post-chemotherapeutic thrombocytopenia, the treatment of IvIg in combination with G-CSF has a clear role in the increase of platlet.
