The Application of Parks Operation Combined with Plastic Operation of Colon after Anterior Resection on Low Rectal Carcinoma

摘要: 目的: 探讨Parks手术结合结肠成形在低位直肠癌保肛手术中的作用。 方法: 回顾分析自1999年1月～2004年9月共28例患者的手术资料。 结果: 全组获得随访25例,术后发生吻合口瘘2例,吻合口狭窄1例,局部复发2例。术后5个月统计每日排便次数:1～2次占73.9%,3～4次占17.4%,多于4次占8.7%。效果满意。 结论: Parks手术结合结肠成形术能在提高低位直肠癌患者保肛率的同时获得更满意的排便功能。Abstract: Objective : To study the effect of Parks operation combined with plastic operation of colon after anterior resection on low rectal carcinoma. Methods The clinical data of 28 patients under- going operation during January 1999 to September 2004 were analyzed. Results : A total of 25 patients were followed in the group where 2 anastomotic leakage, 1 anastomotic stricture and 2 local recurrence occurred. The data of defecation frequency during 5 months after operation was 1 to 2 per 24h, 3 to 4 per 24 h and more than 4 per 24h, counting for 73.9%, 17.4% and 8.7%, respectively. Conclusion : Parks operation combined with plastic operation of colon after low anterior resection can significantly improve the bowel function of rectal cancer.
