¹²⁵I粒子组织间植入治疗局部进展期胰腺癌42例

摘要: 目的:探讨¹²⁵I粒子组织间植入治疗局部进展期胰腺癌的疗效。方法:选择局部进展期胰腺癌无法行根治手术患者42例,术中植入¹²⁵I粒子及姑息性手术。结果:术后患者顽固性疼痛症状明显缓解(P<0.05),Karnofsky评分显著提高(P<0.05),无明显骨髓抑制及免疫抑制。3个月、6个月、12个月生存率分别为100%、76.7%、33.3%。其中Ⅱ期6个月、12个月生存率为90.0%、55.5%,Ⅲ期6、12个月生存率为68.2%、13.6%(P<0.05)。结论:¹²⁵I组织间放射治疗局部进展期胰腺癌,方法简单、安全,能较好改善疾病相关症状,近期疗效确切,是治疗局部进展期胰腺癌较理想的方法之一。

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the role of ¹²⁵I seeds in pancreaticcarcinoma.Methods: Forty-two patients with pancreaticcarcinoma were treated with permanent implantation of¹²⁵Iseeds during op-eration and palliative surgical therapy. Results: The patient's suffering were alleviated (P<0.05). KPSwas improved (P<0.05). Blood phenomena had significant difference, but all were normal. Immunity in-dex had no significance. The 3、6、12 months survival rates were 100%、76.7%、33.3%. Conclusion:Treatment of pancreaticcarcinoma with permanent implantation of ¹²⁵I seeds was simple, safe and good ef-fective; it relieved the major symptoms of that advanced pancreaticcarcinoma and was one of idealtreatments of cancer and has good applicative prospect.
