Abstract: Integrin family is heterodimers transmembrane glycoprotein, which is comprised of αsubunit and βsubunit by nocovalent bond. Integrin β 1 subfamily is one of the most important types inintegrin families.Some integrin β1subfamily, which may not express or express in low level in normalliver tissue, express highly in hepatocarcinoma,thus inducing the adhesion between cells and extracel-lular matrix and accepting as well as transmitting cascade signal, so as to regulate the survival, apopto-sis and adhesiveness movement of hepatocarcinoma cells, etc. and playing a very important role in theadhesion and metastasis of hepatocarcinoma.
