Abstract:
Objective :To investigate the relationship between Survivin, Survivin-related genesand the invasion and metastasis of breast cancer.
Methods : The model for pulmonary metastasis of insitu BCML- TA299 breast cancer was used, then the Survivin (D-8) and Survivin mutant PAD- T34Awere directly injected into the tumors. The genes associated with tumor development were studied by I-HC at different time and the cell-cell cycle of each group by FCM.
Results :Survivin (D-8) and Sur-vivin mutant PAD-T34A promote or inhibit the growth and metastasis of breast cancer respectively. Theexpression among the Survivin, c-Erb-2, CDK4 and Caspase3 were adverse (P<0.05).
Conclusion :The survivin may promote the development of breast cancer and can effect the invasion, metastasis ofbreast cancer by multiple mechanisms.
