摘要: 目的:比较Mammotome微创活检(MMIBS)及针吸细胞学(FNAC)对乳腺癌诊断的应用价值。方法:对64例乳腺癌患者术前行超声引导下MMIBS及FNAC,并对二种方法的诊断价值进行评价。结果:64例患者超声显示率为100%。MMIBS阳性率为96.8%,FNAC为76.5%(P>0.05);MMIBS假阴性率为4.2%,FNAC为23.4%(15/64)(P<0.05);二种诊断方法假阳性率为0。结论:FNAC简便、安全、创伤小,但有阳性率较低,漏诊率较高之不足;MMIBS具有高确诊率、低漏诊率、微创之特点,可作为乳腺肿块定性的首选。Abstract: Objective: To explore the clinical value between the mammotome minimally invasive biopsy (MMIBS) and fine needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) for diagnosis of the breast cancer. Methods: A total of 64 cases with breast cancer were performed with the ultrasound-guided MMIBS and FNAC. The clinical value of the 2 diagnostic methods for breast cancer was evaluated. Results: The rate of ultrasonic visualization in diagnosis of the 64 patients was 100%, in which the positive rate of MMIBS was 96.8% and that of FNAC 76.5% (P>0.05). The pseudo-negative rate of MMIBS was 4.2% and FNAC 23.4% (P<0.05). The pseudo-positive rate for both the methods was zero. Conclusions: The FNAC is convenient, safe and minimally invasive, but has a lower positive rate and a higher pseudonegative rate. The MMIBS boasts the characteristics of minimal invasion, high rate of final diagnosis and lowrate of missed diagnosis and can be regarded as first choice in qualitation of the breast masses.
