海藻酸钠微球栓塞肝脏肿瘤的临床应用

摘要: 目的:为进一步提高肿瘤栓塞治疗疗效,克服碘油栓塞时碘油流失影响栓塞效果,寻找新的疗效更好的栓塞剂。方法:采用KMG血管栓剂栓塞肿瘤98例162人次,原发性肝癌52例,肝转移瘤30例,肝血管瘤8例。结果:栓塞后腹疼发生率为32.7%,其中83%为轻中度,栓塞后发烧为49.3%,无其他不良反应出现。术后常规对症处理,包括止痛,保肝治疗,抗炎处理。经过两次栓塞病灶明显缩小,动脉栓塞后可保持两个月内动脉无血流进入病灶。结论:海藻酸钠微球(KMG)为安全有效的栓塞剂,使用方便,疗效好,能克服碘油流失增强栓塞血管的效应提高治疗效果。建议在肿瘤的栓塞中推广使用。Abstract: To evaluate the effect of embolotherapy on liver tumors in order to optimize therapy, i.e. to minimize possible loss of lipiodol and to find better embolizing agents. Methods:Embolism treatment was performed in 98 cases with liver tumors using Sodium Alginate Microball (KMG ). Among the 98 cases, 52 were primary liver cancer, 30 were metastatic liver cancer, and 8 were liver hemangiomas. Results: After embolotherapy with KMG, the incidence of abdominal pain was 32.7%, of which 83% was slight or moderate. The incidence of fever was 49.3% after the embolism treatment, and no other side effects occurred. Routine postoperative symptomatic treatments were conducted, including odynolysis , liver preservation and anti - inflammatory therapy. The tumors were distinctly smaller after two embolizations. The embolotherapy eliminated blood flow in the tumor arteries within 2 months. Conclusion: Sodium Alginate Microball is a safe and effective embolizing agent,convenient to use and with good efficacy. It can overcome the loss of iodinated oil to reinforce the effect of vascular embolism and improve curative effect. It is well recommended that KMG be widely used in tumor embolotherapy.
