Abstract: To investigate the clinical character, diagnosis and treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia Ⅲ (CINⅢ). Methods: 115 cases of CIN Ⅲ were analyzed retrospectively. Results: 115 cases submitted to hysterectomy (n=49) and cervical conization (n=66), and 2 cases submitted to subradical hysterectomy after cervical conization. Average follow- up duration was 47 months (6~ 132 months), and there was no recurrence until June 2005. Conclusions: Emphasis on screening is of importance for young and symptomless female patients. Cervical conization should be the first choice of treatment for CIN Ⅲ, and the patients are to be followed up carefully after surgery.
