FEZ1 Survivin在肺小细胞癌及低分化鳞状细胞癌蛋白表达及其在凋亡中的作用

Expression of FEZ1 and Survivin and Its Significance in Small Cell Lung Cancer and Poorly Differentiated Squamous Cell Lung Cancer

  • 摘要: 目的:探讨抑癌基因FEZ1与抗凋亡因子Survivin在肺小细胞癌和低分化鳞状细胞癌中的表达及其作用,为临床在肺癌的诊断、治疗方面提供可靠的依据。方法:应用免疫组化及流式细胞定量分析技术检测肺小细胞癌和低分化鳞状细胞癌中FEZ1、Survivin蛋白的表达;并比较分析正常肺组织、小细胞癌和低分化鳞状细胞癌的凋亡率与增殖指数。结果:肺小细胞与低分化鳞状细胞癌相比,FEZ1、Survivin蛋白阳性表达存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。正常肺组织、低分化鳞状细胞癌、及小细胞癌;其凋亡率及增殖指数依次升高,三者之间差别均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:本实验表明FEZ1、Survivin基因的蛋白表达水平在小细胞肺癌、低分化鳞状细胞癌间存在明显差异。因此,在肺癌的诊断、治疗方面为临床提供了可靠的依据。

     

    Abstract: Objective: To detect the expression of FEZ1 and survivin in small cell lung cancer (SCLC) and grade Ⅲ squamous cell cancer (SCC), and to approach the theoretical basis of clinical treatment. Methods: Immunohistochemistry and flow cytometry were employed to detect the expression of FEZ1 and survivin. Apoptosis ratio and cell proliferation index in normal lung tissue, SCLC and SCC were analyzed. Results: The expression of FEZ1 and survivin were significantly different between SCLC and SCC (P<0.05). The apoptosis ratio and proliferation index of normal lung tissue were lower than those of SCC and SCLC, with a significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion: The expression of FEZ1 and survivin is significantly different between SCLC and SCC, indicating that detecting the expression of the two indexes may be helpful for clinical diagnosis.
