Objective : To analyze different antigen expression in breast cancer and investigatecorrelative mole -biomechanism the immunohistochemical detection of MMP2,P27

Methods : To collect 100 cases of breast cancer with lymph node orsoft tissue metastasis and crank out tissue microarray with these tumor. we detected these tumor tissuewith immunohistochemistry stain on tissue microarray sections for MMP2,P27
Kip1,fibronectin,MDM2、P21
WAF1. According to staining index that is product of positive cells percent and positive degree the sta-tistical analysis was put up between the primary and the metastasis of breast cancer to assay differentmarker in the procession of breast cancer metastasis.

WAF1 expression metastasis focus is higher than primary focus. The differ-ent is significance in stastasis other than MDM2.

WAF1 maybe take part in the procession of breast cancer pervasion. The high ex-pression of MMP2,P27
