Abstract:
Objective : To investigate the induction of antitumor immune response and therapeuticeffects of the vaccination with the fused cells between tumor cells and dendritic cells.
Methods : Thefused cells were isolated by magnetic cell sorting and adherent culture, Proliferation of Tlymphocytesand CTL activity was detected by
3H-TdR mix into assay and 4h
51Cr releasing assay.
Results : DCcells-Hapal-6 cells fusion vaccines significantly increased the T cell proliferation, as well as the anti-gen prenting function of the tumor vaccine, and induced more potent and specific cytotoxic CTL activityin viva and in vitro. After treatment with the fused cells, the tumor grew obviously slowly, and resistedagainst the rechallenge of Hepal-6 cells.
Conclusion : Vaccination with the fused cells between tumorcells and dendritic cells could elicit potent antitumor responses, Which will provide a new approach to the DC-mediated therapeutic antitumor immunity.
