Abstract: Breast cancer is one of the most commonly diagnosed malignancies among women. Breast cancer mortality was obviously decreased by systemic treatment. In addition to surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and endocrine and target therapies, immuno-therapy may become a predominant treatment with the development of tumor immunity. The association between immune parame -ters and the efficacy of chemotherapy, as well as breast cancer prognosis, is becoming an important research focus. Relevant results will provide great significance to individual treatment. Overall, this review describes the predictive and prognostic values of immuno-cytes in breast cancer.
